Our primary focus is to improve learning. We host a number of training events throughout the year and also encourage community members to investigate a wide range of learning strategies. 

• An annual conference for staff
• Teachers & teaching assistants becoming ‘lead learners’
• Training our lead learners in coaching techniques
• A pupil conference
• Pupils participating in events for the NCSL
• Pupils working as mentors within and between the community of schools
• Sharing good practice during our Professional Development Day
